Snowmass Village Dental accepts dental insurance from the following Employers: Aspen Skiing Company, East West, and the Town of Snowmass Village.
For all other Employers or Self Plans: As a courtesy, we are happy to help you submit your dental claim. When presented with complete information of patient's insurance, we will file the insurance claim electronically on the day of service. We will collect the full treatment fee on the day of service and the insurance company will directly reimburse the patient . We are not In Network with any insurance plans, but most insurance companies do provide Out of Network benefits to patients. Most insurance companies are given 30 days to pay the claims.
Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Our office is not responsible for the actions of insurance companies in how they handle claims or decide which benefits to pay. We are also not responsible for errors in filing your insurance.
